Blackburn Rovers will host Sheffield United in the League Cup at Lancashire FA County Ground on Wednesday Evening.

Blackburn Rovers:
Blackburn Rovers last travelled up to Sunderland on 24th November as they walked away with a 3-1 win. This was their last game in the cup before their focus shifted towards the Women’s FA Cup 3rd Round, before postponement against Kidderminster Harriers.
A Maria Edwards brace and Ellie Hack goal secured the three points for Blackburn Rovers with Katie Kitching on the scoresheet for the home side.
The Starting 11 vs Sunderland: Brooks, Luke, Dugdale, Hack, Mason, Murphy, Waine, Toland, Dahou, Coulthard, Edwards.
Sheffield United:
Last time out, Sheffield United headed to Durham as they played out a 1-1 in the North West. They eventually lost 4-3 on penalties against the side for an extra point.
For Sheffield United it was Monique Robinson with her first goal for the Blades with it being cancelled out by Eleanor Ryan-Doyle.
The Starting 11 vs Durham: Davies, Cowan, Kinzett, Wardlaw, Hand, Robinson, Page, Connolly, Jackson, Foy, Edwards, Murray.
What the sides need to do:
Durham are currently leading the group with five points. Blackburn Rovers have three points and ideally need a win in order to have sights on progressing.
Sheffield United have drawn one and lost one in their group stages and therefore are also looking for a win on Wednesday.
