An important match for both sides, the reward - a place in the FA cup final. The last time Chelsea made it there was 2023, while Liverpool hasn’t made it there since 1996. They will be meeting one of the Manchester sides there, being decided in tomorrow's fixture.

Last time out, it ended in a 3-0 triumph for the Blues, a tight first half with the first goal coming after 37 minutes. Mayra Ramierez, Guro Reiten and Aggie Beever-Jones all getting on the score sheet.

Pressure from Liverpool sees Chelsea playing into their own half, maintaining possession rather then making attacks too early on in the match.

After getting comfortable in the match we see a run of Chelsea opportunities with crosses from Wieke Kaptein, runs from Aggie Beever-Jones, and corners from Sandy Baltimore.

Olivia Smith receives the ball from Marie Hobinger just inside the box, beating Sandy Baltimore to the ball. Hannah Hampton comes out and Smith slots it into the bottom left corner. After 20 minutes its 1-0 to the reds.

A couple chances from Liverpool sees runs from Leanne Keirnan and Olivia Smith with shots from Grace Fisk, Marie Hobinger and Gemma Bonner. All of them are being shut down but the Chelsea defence.

Just into the 5 minutes added time, Sandy Baltimore makes a run into the Liverpool box with her cross being blocked by Taylor Hinds. This then lands for Mayra Ramierz, able to flick the ball to  Erin Cuthbert, able to hit the ball on the folly - going just past the gloves of Rachel Laws and into the top left corner. Before the break, Chelsea equalises, and it's 1-1.

At the beginning of the second half, Chelsea had a run of chances. We saw Mayra Ramierz in the box, a cross just missing Aggie Beever-Jones and a deflected shot from Erin Cuthbert, all being closed down by Liverpool.

Leanne Keirnan was forced to leave the pitch after a collision with Lucy Bronze. She was replaced by Sophie Roman Haug. Slightly later, we saw Chelsea make their first subsitute, with Sjoeke Nusken coming on for Mayra Ramierez.

Chelsea dominated the rest of the game with numerous chances for the Blues. We saw a close-range shot from Aggie Beever-Jones and shots sent over the bar from Rytting-Kanderyd, Beever-Jones and Kaptein. But with 10 minutes remaining, nothing separated the sides.

iverpool makes their second substitute with Olivia Smith making way for Jasmine Matthews.

The next big chance came from range, with Taylor's hinds rattling the crossbar. With lots of bodies in the box there for the rebound, Millie Bright gets there in time to make the clearance. A Liverpool chance missed keeping the Blues in the game.

4 minutes into the additional 8 minutes of injury time, Chelsea earns themselves a throw-in with Erin Cuthbert passing to Sandy Baltimore. She was able to beat Gemma Bonner, sending a cross into the box. Aggie Beever-Jones can get her head onto the end of it, hitting the back of the net. In the last minutes, it's 2-1 to the Blues.

After the goal, both teams make a substitution, seeing Wieke Kaptein coming off for Guro Reiten and Cornelia Kapocs making way for Mia Enderby.

But the match was decided, and Chelsea progressed to the FA Cup Final, which will take place on the 18th of May at Wembley Stadium.
